This site is owned and operated by Coffee Repair Doc. This website offers visitors diagnostics, repair services on coffee machines, installations, routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and part replacement and sales of parts. By using our website and/or service, you agree to have read, understand the Terms. To use our website and/or services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. 

When booking services/making purchases, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to book/purchase: (ii) you enter into a binding agreement when making a booking/purchase and you complete the check-out payment process.
 
Right to Change Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices for bookings/services and replacement parts at any given time. Additional information about pricing and sales tax are visible on the check-out page. Taxes and possible transactional fees may apply.

Right to Change Services
We reserve the right to change and/or stop the services provided on our website without prior notice. 

Warranty Policies
Warranty is good for 30 days from the date the repair is completed and covers the issue described and/or maintenance performed. 

Not covered under warranty
-New symptoms present within the 30 days of service.

- Any parts not related to the service performed.

- Issues related to water quality, scale, damage or becomes defective as a result of an accident, abuse, misuse, lack of normal or needed maintenance/cleaning, neglect, faulty installation, mishandling, line power surge, and/or any external causes.

Reschedule/Cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date. Please contact admin@coffeerepairdoc.com to reschedule or cancel. Note: Fees/Penalties will apply for late cancellations.

Right to Change Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change terms when fit. It is best practice to regularly review the terms and conditions. Continued use of our Site and/or service after any such change mean you agree to the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you have the freedom to discontinue use the Site or service.
