Refund Policy

Coffee Repair Doc prides itself on providing excellent customer service.  However, there might be circumstances where there may not be a solution despite all efforts.

 

With this in mind, our refund policy can apply to the following:

Repairs

If after a coffee machine has been repaired but is still having the same issue after the third time of performing the repair(s), then Coffee Repair Doc will determine whether or not a refund will be issues to the customer.

Cancellations

If you book a service and paid before the technician performs the service and you have an emergency; you must contact us at least 12 hours prior to the appointment to be eligible to receive a refund. Or the customer can reschedule for another day.

Defective Manufactured Part(s)

If a manufactured part(s) is installed to a customer's coffee machine and the part(s) are/is defective before 90 days, Coffee Repair Doc will replace the defective part(s) at no additional cost.

However, after 90 days, if the part(s) are/is broken or defective, the technician will contact the manufacturing company to see if the part(s) still have/has a warranty. If it does have a warranty, the technician will replace the part(s), but the customer will be charged for the labor. If the part(s) are/is no longer cover under a warranty, the customer will be charged for new part(s) and labor.
