General Policy & Warranty
Reschedule/Cancellation: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date. Please contact admin@coffeerepairdoc.com to reschedule or cancel. Note: Fees/Penalties will apply for late cancellations. Warranty Policies Warranty is good for 30 days from the date the repair is completed and covers the issue described and/or maintenance performed. Not covered under warranty: -New symptoms present within the 30 days of service. - Any parts not related to the service performed. - Issues related to water quality, scale, damage or becomes defective as a result of an accident, abuse, misuse, lack of normal or needed maintenance/cleaning, neglect, faulty installation, mishandling, line power surge, and/or any external causes.
